2 Peter 10-11 “So, friends, confirm God's invitation to you, his choice of you. Don't put it off; do it now. Do this, and you'll have your life on a firm footing, the streets paved and the way wide open into the eternal kingdom of our Master and Savior, Jesus Christ.” (The Message)

Welcome! Thank you for taking a few moments out of your busy day to stop by my little corner of the Internet.

It’s my hope that you’ll find a moment of peace, of encouragement and hope here. Just like we all want to find at home. As our lives get busier, we need a place to retreat and recover. Home should be that place. So, I’ll also provide you with some practical tips on making your home a place of pleasant rest.

But as much as I love my home on Larkspur Drive, I love the thought of my eternal home even better. And the best part of that home is it’s open to everyone who loves Jesus and follows Him as Lord.

Please take a few moments to read my posts, review my books, consider me as a speaker for your event, and visit some of my favorite places on the Internet. Hopefully you’ll experience a piece of home.

In His Love,

Hello,
I have found you through Barefoot Blogs, and I'm glad I did.
I made a move, too, some years ago, kicking and screaming really. I hated everything in the new place, the mountains, the people, I felt claustrophobic.
But, God had His plans for me. About a year ago I began meeting through blogging some wonderful ladies who are slowly leading me to a more Christ-like life, learning again HOW to be a Christian, how to love my home, and allow Christ into my life.I am not anywhre near where I would like to be, but I am following Him.
Wishing you the very best in your ministry.
Your cyberhome is very welcoming. I shall visit again.
